I have moved into a home that was unoccupied for a couple of years.
There are two lovely crepe myrtles that I would like to optimize. One is over 30 feet high and the other is about 12 feet high. The 30 foot one in the back yard has the blossoms just at the very top of the tree, and there are two other trees whose branches are "overlapping" - that is, the branches are growing into the crepe myrtle's space.
What is the best care I can give them? Also, to prune or not to prune? If so, how/when?
